The bC India construction trade show, held February 8-11 in Mumbai, India, has met the expectations of the Liebherr Group. After three exhibition days, all Liebherr product areas that were present – i.e. earthmoving machinery, material handlers, mobile cranes, construction cranes, truck mixers and special foundation equipment – received important orders and Liebherr representatives talked about future projects with customers and partners. Contracts were signed not only for the machines on display, but also in other product areas, for example in the maritime cranes sector.

With individual key ceremonies at Liebherr’s bC India booth, a number of products were handed over to executive representatives of Indian customers by Mrs. Sophie Liebherr and Mr. Jan Liebherr:

A 71 EC-B tower crane was purchased by “Maninfraconstruction Limited” and is going to be used in the construction of the residential project “Orchid Heights” in Mumbai.

A unit of the 600-ton crawler crane LR 1600-2 went to “Shethia Erectors and Material Handlers Ltd.” and will be mainly used for lifting jobs in wind mills projects in Western India.

“Aditya Birla Group” received the keys to a new L 580 wheel loader for the re-handling application of limestone and clinker in a cement plant in Chattisgarh.

“N. Kumar & CO.” purchased a new A934 C material handler and will operated this machine in a steel plant in Jamshedpur for ferro-scrap with magnetic attachment.

Three HTM 1004 tuck mixers went to “Rason Construction Aggregates Pvt. Ltd.”, a customer who operates also a 1.0 Compact Mix batching plant.

“Ahlcon Ready Mix Concrete (Pvt.) Ltd.” received a new HTM 704 S tuck mixer which add another unit to the axisting fleet of five Liebherr truck mixers.

“Kartya Constructions” bought a Compactmix 1.0 batching plant and placed orders for three HTM 804 truck mixers.
