Dredging of the Delaware River Marcus Hook Anchorage at Conoco-Phillips has concluded, according to GAC. The Dredge Pullen has now moved down river to work off of SunOil. At this time, all vessels are directed to anchor in the upper end of Marcus Hook Anchorage.
