VSD, LLC (VSD) signed a Memorandum of Understanding Feb. 28 with His Royal Highness Prince, Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrhman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on behalf of Ezz Al Khair Establishment to form a joint venture between VSD and Ezz Al Khair Establishment. The joint venture will allow a formal business relationship between the companies for trading products and providing services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The immediately effective joint venture will be focused within the oil and gas industry and have an emphasis on training and simulation products. It will be limited to commercial products and services including e-Learning, simulation, corporate consulting, engineering, and software engineering services.
