INPEX expressed their deepest condolences at the absolute tragedy caused by the recent massive earthquake that struck the nation’s Tohoku Region on 11 March.

INPEX CORPORATION has decided to make a donation and contribution of immediate relief supplies as follows.

1. JPY 200 million (USD 2.44 million) donation for the immediate relief efforts through the Japanese Red Cross Society.

2. Delivery of a variety of the daily essentials and petroleum products refined at our refinery from the oil produced in Niigata Prefecture to the people in the areas.

3. Dispatch experts to support the rehabilitation work on the city gas facilities.

“ We sincerely hope for a safe and smooth recovery for all families affected by the disaster ” INPEX said in a statement.
