The Board of Directors of Havila Shipping ASA has in Board Meeting at 22. March 2011 approved the annual accounts for 2010.
There are no changes of result from the preliminary accounts, other than the presentation of the Profit and Loss account, where net foreign gain or loss from forward contracts and trade receivables are presented as operating income.
The board has decided to invite to Ordinary General Meeting at Havilahouse on the 28. April 2011, at 16.00 hours.
