Joe Corvetti has taken up the position as VP Operations and Maintenance, AGR Field Operations. Mr. Corvetti brings over 18 years of experience in the engineering and hydrocarbon industries throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Corvetti holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from the University of Melbourne. His most recent position was as a location General Manager within the Engineering and Production Facilities division of Wood Group. Prior to this he has held different senior positions in Mustang Engineering and Worley Parsons.

“Operations and Maintenance is one of AGR Field Operations most important business lines. Joe carries first class technical, commercial, and strategic business development skills. These skills sit well with AGR’s Operations and Maintenance business strategy. AGR is the leading provider of independent world class Operations and Maintenance business in the Asia Pacific region. At a time of phenomenal growth we are in better shape than ever. The future of our Operations and Maintenance business is in good hands with this transition,” said Brett Smith, SVP Asia Pacific, Field Operations.

“I am excited about joining AGR, an organisation I have always admired for its strong differentiation in the Australian market. At a time where we see a number of significant opportunities both locally and internationally, I am confident that with AGR’s ongoing focus on our people and strong safety culture we can continue to deliver the leadership that our clients are looking for in our operations and maintenance programs,” said Joe Corvetti.

After a transition period the previous VP Operations and Maintenance, Duncan Nuttall, will leave AGR to pursue other opportunities.
