Dominion Diving has been awarded the contract by Dexter Construction to provide underwater diving services to install a new Marine Railway for Shelburne Shipyard.
Dominion Diving will be involved with the methodology reviews, procurement and installation of the subsea assets for the project.
The subsea section of the work scope involves the installation of 11 railway track segments on pre installed support caissons.
The project is due to commence Q1 2011, and is expected to have a duration of 3 months.
