In follow-up to the release no. 3 on March 1, 2011 we are happy to inform that nkt cables Group has appointed Marc van´t Noordende as CEO as per 1 June 2011.

Marc van´t Noordende is 52 years old and holds a Law Degree from the University of Leiden, Netherlands, and an MBA from INSEAD Fontainebleau, France. He has extensive international management experience from leading positions in among others Akzo Nobel (Nederlands, US, France and Italy – 1984-1995), Gemini Consulting (France – 1995-1997), Protein Genetic (US – 1997-2000), the Dutch utility company Essent (2000-2008), where he became Member of the Executive Board in 2002 and COO in 2005. Thus he has extensive experience from the utility sector after having worked in various positions in the sector since the year 2000.

The management team in ntk cables will hereafter consist of Marc van´t Noordende, CEO, Detlev Waimann (CCO), Asger Bruun-Christensen (COO) and Paul Langelaan (CFO).
