Technip Releases its Document de Reference 2010 (France)

Technip’s “Document de Référence 2010” was filed with the French “Autorité des Marchés Financiers” (AMF) on March 24, 2011. The document is available on the Company’s website: www.technip.com. Copies are also available at Technip’s registered office: 89 avenue de la Grande Armée 75116 Paris, France.

Technip’s “Document de Référence 2010” was filed with the French “Autorité des Marchés Financiers” (AMF) on March 24, 2011.

The document is available on the Company’s website: www.technip.com . Copies are also available at Technip’s registered office: 89 avenue de la Grande Armée 75116 Paris, France. The following documents are incorporated into the “Document de Référence 2010”:

* 2010 Annual Financial Report,

* Chairman’s Report on the operation of the Board of Directors and internal control procedures and corresponding Statutory Auditors’ Report in accordance with article L.225-235 of the French Commercial Code on the report prepared by the Chairman of the Board of Technip,

* Statement of Statutory Auditors’ fees.

The English version of the Technip’s “Document de Reference 2010” will be available on website on March 28, 2011.
