Dril-Quip, Inc. today announced that it has been awarded a contract by Chevron U.S.A. Inc. to supply drilling equipment for the Big Foot Tension Leg Platform (TLP) to be installed in the Big Foot field located in the Walker Ridge area of the Gulf of Mexico.
Dril-Quip will provide subsea wellhead equipment and specialty connectors and tubulars for the Big Foot TLP.
Dril-Quip is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered offshore drilling and production equipment which is well suited for use in deepwater, harsh environment and severe service applications.
