Leading international oilfield services company Expro today announces the award of a UK well test and subsea services contract with EON Ruhrgas.

The three-year contract, worth up to £2million, involves work on the Huntington project, which is EON’s first Central North Sea field. All its previous work has been in the Southern North Sea.

Expro’s UK area manager Neil Sims said: “ This is a high-profile project for EON and we are delighted to have secured this work. Expro has been providing services to EON since 2003 and we are confident that our performance on Huntington will further enhance the relationship between our businesses.

“ We are particularly pleased that EON has recognised Expro’s significant strengths in delivering accurate and reliable well testing and subsea services to assist them as they develop this important field .”
