The Gazprom headquarters hosted Thursday a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Company’s Management Committee and Dipu Moni, Foreign Minister of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
The meeting participants considered the prospects for bilateral cooperation in the energy sector and topical issues of the world energy market development.
In particular, consideration was given to the opportunities for interaction in such areas as oil and gas fields development and gas infrastructure creation in Bangladesh.
The parties stressed that Gazprom and Bangladesh Oil, Gas and Mineral Corporation Petrobangla had everything needed to initiate long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation.
