Chesapeake Midstream Partners Prices USD 350 Million Senior Notes (USA)

Chesapeake Midstream Partners, L.P. announced the pricing of its previously announced offering of $350 million of senior notes due 2021. The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.875% per annum. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on April 19, 2011 and is subject to customary closing

Chesapeake Midstream Partners, L.P. announced the pricing of its previously announced offering of $350 million of senior notes due 2021.

The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.875% per annum.

The closing of the offering is expected to occur on April 19, 2011 and is subject to customary closing conditions.

The Partnership intends to use the net proceeds of the proposed offering to repay borrowings currently outstanding under its revolving credit facility and for general Partnership purposes.
