USA: El Paso Pipeline Partners Ups Quarterly Distribution

El Paso Pipeline Partners, L.P. announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner has declared a $0.46 per unit quarterly cash distribution for the first quarter of 2011, or $1.84 per unit on an annualized basis. El Paso Pipeline Partners, L.P. announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner has declared a $0.46 per unit quarterly cash distribution for the first quarter of 2011, or $1.84 per unit on an annualized basis.

This distribution represents a 21 percent increase from the $0.38 per unit paid for the first quarter 2010 and a 5 percent increase from the $0.44 per unit paid for the fourth quarter 2010.

The distribution will be paid May 13, 2011, on all outstanding units to holders of record as of the close of business on April 29, 2011.
