On April 21, 2011 Dmitry Dmitrienko, Governor of Murmansk Region, and Aleksey Zagorovskiy, Chief Executive Officer of Shtokman Development AG, held a meeting dedicated to the interaction between the Regional Government and the Company in the frameworks of the Integrated Shtokman Gas and Condensate Field Development Project implementation.

The Parties have discussed the results of joined Work Groups activity in regard to the land use and environment protection, information policy, use of the regional resources in the sphere of power supply, logistics and personnel training required for Shtokman Project Phase 1.

The Governor of Murmansk Region has stated an importance of the cooperation between the Government and Shtokman Development AG and expressed his hope that this interaction will be developed for the purpose of Project implementation.

According to the opinion of Alexey Zagorovskiy, Chief Executive Officer of Shtokman Development AG, current efficient interaction with Murmansk Region contributes to timely solution of the arising issues and comprehensive respect of regional interests in the frameworks of Shtokman Project implementation, including involvement of the enterprises located in Murmansk Region.
