I.M. Skaugen SE has entered into a Market Making Agreement with SEB Enskilda AS for the company’s shares.

The purpose of the agreement is to increase the turnover and tighten the spreads of IMSK. The Agreement is in accordance with the standard requirements of Oslo Stock Exchange. The Market Making Agreement is taking effect as of today.

We currently enjoy having 2 076 shareholders where 99% of these shareholders own 25% of the shares and the new arrangement is intended to offer these shareholders a more cost efficient and better liquidity arrangement.
