Following the start-up of the LNG trains at the Qatargas LNG Plant in Ras Laffan, Qatar, the Qatari company selected Trouvay & Cauvin Group to provide LNG train maintenance.

Qatargas was established in 1984, and pioneered the liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry in Qatar. Today, Qatargas is the largest LNG producer in the world, with an annual LNG production capacity of 42 million tonnes per annum (mta).

The framework contract between Trouvay & Cauvin Group & Qatar Gas covers all LNG trains. It also handles contract negotiations with world class manufacturers. Those suppliers are approved by the client, by Trouvay & Cauvin Group and by the quality department of Trouvay & Cauvin.
