On Friday 27th of May, yard number 9423, m.v. ‘Beauforte’, was christened in Harlingen. Vessel is built to transport of bulk cargo, steel coils, containers, forest products, general cargo, etc. Equipped for dangerous goods according to SOLAS reg. 54 II2, excl. Class I and VII.

Strengthened for heavy cargo up to 15 t/m² Ice 1A acc. Vessel can accommodate officers and crew for a total of 11 persons with heating, ventilation and air-conditioning.

The christening ceremony was done by Mrs C. de Boer-de Wolf.
