SeaEnergy announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today (June 22, 2011) shareholders voted in favour of the resolution to dispose of the Company’s entire interest in SeaEnergy Renewables Limited to Repsol Nuevas Energías S.A.

The transaction is expected to complete before the end of the month.
