Fugro has reached agreement with AOA Geophysics to acquire 100% of the shares in the company.
AOA Geophysics is based in Houston and provides geoscience consultancy and contracting services to the offshore oil and gas sectors, with particular expertise in marine oil seep exploration and the interpretation of geophysical data in complex ground conditions, including gas hydrates.
The company employs fourteen people with an annual revenue in the order of USD 2.5 million.
