Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday 17 August 2011 at 1.30 pm. The meeting will take place at the offices of Boskalis at Rosmolenweg 20 in Papendrecht, the Netherlands.
