Norway: Apply Sorco Enters Agreement with PD&MS for NCS Projects

Apply Sørco, a company owned by Apply ASA, has entered into a cooperation agreement with Aberdeen based PD&MS Energy Limited, in connection with potential drilling systems upgrades projects on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS). Together the parties represent considerable experience with drilling facilities design as well as brownfield projects with a combined workforce of 2,500 employees.

Apply Sørco is currently a key supplier of integrated services and brownfield contracts for the oil and gas industry on the NCS. PD&MS Energy Limited is a part of the Wilton Group and is a leading integrated services supplier to the oil and gas, drilling, production and marine industries in the UK and also has current assignments related to drilling upgrades on the NCS.

Apply Sørco enters into this agreement to strengthen its specialist drilling facilities engineering capacity with regard to EPCI contracts for drilling system upgrades.
