Residents can learn more about potential wind energy resources off the S.C. coast during a forum next week in Myrtle Beach.
Representatives from Coastal Carolina University, Clemson University, Santee Cooper, S.C. Energy Office and the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy will talk about wind energy off the coast and the potential for related economic development.
The forum will be from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Myrtle Beach Train Depot, 851 Broadway Street.
