The Board of Directors of Kreuz Holdings Limited announce that the Company has appointed Ms Lee Bee Fong as the new joint Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 1 August 2011 in place of Ms Shee Shin Yee who has resigned with effect from the same date.
Following the above changes, the Company Secretaries of the Company are:

2. Ms Lee Bee Fong
Kreuz is an integrated subsea service provider to the offshore oil and gas industry providing subsea construction and installation solutions for the development of new oil fields and the upgrade of existing ones as well as Inspection, Repair, Maintenance of existing offshore production and pipeline facilities. Kreuz was listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 29 July 2010.
