South Pars phases 15 and 16 will be launched in October, Iran’s minister of Petroleum, Rostam Ghasemi said during a visit to the remaining phases of South Pars.
Implementation of Phases 15 and 16 of SP started in 2007 with the aim of producing 50 million cubic meters of gas, 80,000 barrels of gas condensates and 400 tons of sulfur per day and annual production of one million tons of liquid gas and one million tons of ethane, IRNA reported.
It’s worth mentioning that, the gas produced in these two phases will be supplied to the national network while other products will be sold in global markets.
