Star Bulk Carriers Corp., recently announced that it has taken delivery of the Star Mega (formerly, the Megalodon), a 1994-built, 170,631 dwt Capesize vessel. The vessel is time-chartered to a multinational mining company for a remaining period of 3 years at a gross daily rate of $24,500.
