Havila Shipping ASA has entered an agreement to acquire 23% of the shares in Havila PSV DIS, bringing the company’s ownership to 97%.
Havila PSV DIS owns the two PSVs Havila Commander and Havila Crusader, which are leased to Havila Shipping on 8-year bareboat leases.
Havila Shipping acquired 74% of Havila PSV DIS in July this year, and this acquisition is a direct continuation of this, to consolidate the ownership of the fleet.
The purchase price for the shares is based on the same vessel values as the acquisition in July, and is approximately NOK 51.8 million, which is financed with a long-term bond.
