Viper Subsea Limited has been renamed to Viper Subsea Technology Limited , and a Limited Liability Partnership, Viper Subsea LLP, has been established.
The capital in the LLP is owned by Viper Subsea Technology Limited. To this end Viper Subsea LLP is a subsidiary of Viper Subsea Technology Limited. Viper Subsea Technology Limited will continue to carry out the R&D function of the business and Viper Subsea LLP will be the trading entity. The reason for this change is to put in place a structure and mechanism that will facilitate the future expansion for the business.
