China: Technip, STX Offshore Moving Pipelay Vessel to Norway for Completion

STX Offshore & Shipbuilding has announced that Technip and STX Offshore & Shipbuilding have completed the first stage of its first Offshore Pipelay vessel in Dalian, China and the vessel is now being moved to STX Europe’s yard in Florø, Norway for completion. STX Offshore & Shipbuilding has announced that Technip and STX Offshore & Shipbuilding have completed the first stage of its first Offshore Pipelay vessel in Dalian, China and the vessel is now being moved to STX Europe’s yard in Florø, Norway for completion.

The CEO of STX commented: “As one of the world’s largest shipbuilders and Europe’s largest shipbuilding group, we look forward to continuing our relationship with Technip in completing and delivering this Vessel from our Norwegian yard.”
