China: Jiangsu Shipyard Scores Three New Deliveries in Two Days

Highlights of new ship delivery occurred frequently by China Shipping Industry (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. After delivery of bulk carrier “An Hua Shan” for China Shipping Development Co., Ltd. tramp. Co. on Sep. 27, 2011, 1st and 2nd 57000 bulk carrier “Lanhai He Le” and “Lanhai He Mei” for Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (MSFL) (Guangdong Lanhai Shipping Co., Ltd.) were successfully named and delivered at China Shipping Industry Changxing shipyard at 10:36 a.m., Sep. 28, 2011, which realized delivery three new ships in two days and set new delivery record of Jiangsu company, greeting the coming 62nd Anniversaryof National Days.

Wu Chengye, general manager of China Shipping Industry Co., Ltd. and general manager He Min together with general manager Zhong Kuanshen jointly cut the ribbon for successfully naming and delivering the new ship. The ceremony was hosted by Chen Junhua, secretary of the Party committee of China Shipping Industry (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. Li Zhengjian, deputy general manger of China Shipping Industry Co., Ltd., extended an address of welcome. He Min, general manager of Shipping Leasing Department of MSFL and Zhong Kuanshen, general manager of Guangdong Lanhai Shipping Co., Ltd. made a speech. Madame Ke Jia and Madame Xu Miaoqian respectively named the bulk carrier “Lanhai He Le”, “Lanhai He Mei” and broke the blessing champagne bottle.

The executive deputy general manager Wang Yiling of China Shipping Industry (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., general manager He Min, general manager Zhong Kuanshen interchanged Certificate of Delivery. Deputy general manger Li Zhengjian, general manager He Min, general manager Zhong Kuanshen presented souvenir as gifts to each other. Zheng Bo, deputy general manager of China Shipping Industry (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. presented the vessel model of bulk carrier“Lanhai He Le”, “Lanhai He Mei” as the gift to Captain Miu Yucheng and Captain Zhou Chunjia. Deputy general manager Li Gang of Shipping Leasing Department of MSFL, deputy general manager Huang Lirong of Guangdong Lanhai Shipping Co., Ltd., general manager

Li Dongfeng of Crew Department of Guangdong Lanhai Shipping Co., Ltd., together with the officers concerned of China Shipping Industry Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony.

The two 57000T bulk carriers were the second type of ship products cooperated between Jiangsu company and MSFL (Guangdong Lanhai Shipping Co., Ltd.) in compliance with regulations and requirements of CSR and new PSPC standards with mature shipbuilding technology by China Shipping shipbuilding base.
