Lamprell , a leading provider of diversified engineering and contracting products and services to the onshore and offshore oil & gas and renewables industry, announced that Mr. Jonathan Cooper has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 30th October 2011.

Scott Doak has stepped down from the Board with effect from 30th October 2011 and the Company annouunces that Scott has assumed the role of Integration and Development Director with effect from the same date.

Lamprell last week opened new rig yard with an area covering 335,000 m² and a quayside of over 1.4 kilometres, which is now one of the region’s foremost facilities for the manufacture of oil & gas assets, with capacity to accommodate up to 13 jack up rigs simultaneously and an additional five rigs in various stages of construction throughout.
