BIRNS, Inc. has received a Certificate of Registration from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) stating that the new BIRNS logo has now been officially registered as a trademark.
The ISO 9001:2008-certified global leader in the design and manufacture of lines of high performance lights, connectors, penetrators and cable assemblies for the planet’s most demanding environments submitted its application one year ago, to protect its five decades of overall brand equity and ongoing reputation as an industry innovator.
The application was searched, reviewed and thus determined to be in compliance with the stringent regulations prescribed by the USPTO.
