Det Norske Veritas Certification, Inc. (DNV) recently awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification to BIRNS, Inc., an industry leader in designing and manufacturing unique lines of high performance lights, connectors, penetrators and cable assemblies for the planet’s most demanding environments.
BIRNS has held the acclaimed ISO accreditation through another third-party registrar since 2009, and has since demonstrated its ongoing commitment to a highly effective quality assurance system and continual company-wide quality improvement.
BIRNS made the decision to apply for DNV’s ISO 9001:2008 certification to ensure the highest quality products are provided to its national and international customers.
