Gazprom Energy, a 100% subsidiary of Gazprom Marketing & Trading Limited (GM&T), announced that the company was awarded the ‘ Supplier of the Year’ award at last night’s Energy ‘Buying & Supplying’ Excellence Awards 2011, which was held at the exclusive May Fair Hotel in London.
Now in its second year, the Energy ‘Buying & Supplying’ Excellence Awards identify the top independent suppliers in the UK gas and power market.
The awards are linked to The Energy Lectures London; a series of content-rich lectures taking place at the Institute of Contemporary Arts on the day of the awards.
On winning the award, Jon Feingold, Managing Director at Gazprom Energy commented: “ This is a tremendous achievement for Gazprom Energy and a significant honour within the industry, particularly as the results are largely dependent on positive testimonials from customers themselves.
