Deep Sea Intervention Pte. Ltd. is a global supplier to the offshore oil and gas industry providing in-house design, development and fabrication of standard or customized remote intervention ROV tooling and other sub-sea engineering services and products.

Through its subsidiary company AMC-Composites who specialize in the design and manufacture of advanced composite materials, DSI is now able of offer its clients a complete turnkey subsea buoyancy solution.

Materials held will be Divinycell HCP 100 from DIAB – where HCP means Hydraulic Crush Point and the number defines the maximum hydraulic pressure the material can withstand. This is a low density cross linked polymer foam with closed cells providing high strength and buoyancy performance due to its unique material formulation.

Also stocked will be SF110 and SF300 syntactic foam from BMTI with depth rating to 1000m and 3000m respectively. These foams have unique mechanical properties of high compressive strength and high buoyancy per kilogram or weight and are ideally suited for subsea applications requiring high performance and excellent longevity.

Apart from the immediate availability of standard blocks DSI can provide various levels of tailored applications based on customer requirements. Blocks of foam can be bonded together, CNC machined to virtually any shape and finished with a very durable and long lasting protective coating.
