On December 19th 2011, Mr Michał Szubski, President of the Management Board of PGNiG SA, resigned from his position for personal reasons.
The Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA accepted his resignation with effect from the balance-sheet date, i.e. December 31st 2011.
Michał Szubski was first appointed President of the Management Board of PGNiG SA on March 12th 2008, following a competition.
In January 2011, he won a competition for another term of office, which started on March 13th 2011.
