Japanese utility Chubu Electric Power Co said today it bought 13 million tonnes of LNG in the year to March. Chubu Electric signed a fully termed LNG sales and purchase agreement with BP Singapore in February to buy approx. 8 million tonnes of LNG over 16 years.
