Another LNG Contract for Ebara in Australia

Ebara International Corporation, Cryodynamics Division, announced they have been awarded the contract to supply the main LNG and LPG submersible cryogenic pumps and liquid expanders for the Ichthys LNG Project, located near Darwin in the Northern Territory in Australia.

The total package includes 20 pumps and 4 expanders.

The contract was awarded by the EPC contractor, JKC Ichthys LNG Joint Venture (JGC, KBR and Chiyoda) who will be building the facilities for the Ichthys LNG Project.

Ebara recently said that it has been awarded the contract to supply 10 units (9 pumps and 1 expander) for the Shell Prelude project.
