Japan’s Tokyo Gas said it has signed a deal for the sale and purchase of liquefied natural gas with Saibu Gas.
“ Since the conclusion of a heads of agreement with Saibu Gas in September 2011, Tokyo Gas has continued to discuss conditions and eventually resulted in the conclusion of an agreement where Tokyo Gas will supply Saibu Gas with about 300,000 tonnes of LNG per year for a period of 16 years extending from FY2014 to FY2029 , ” Tokyo Gas said in a statement.
The LNG supplies to Saibu Gas will come from LNG projects with which Tokyo Gas has entered into contracts.
