Japan’s Toho Gas unveiled today in its fiscal 2012 supply program that it plans to use 3,011,000 mt of LNG, slightly up compared to the period before.
The company secured LNG procurement for several years, mainly through long-term supply contracts.
Toho Gas recently concluded an agreement with INPEX Ichthys to acquire a 0.42% equity interest in the project.
The company will also buy 280,000 tons of LNG per annum from Ichthys project starting in 2017.
