At the EWEA exhibition in Copenhagen the alderman for Port Affairs, Kees Visser, has awarded the extension of the Visserijkade in Den Helder to Ballast Nedam. Reason for a festive moment in the Holland Pavilion. Alderman Visser and Mister Folkerts, director at Ballast Nedam, were pleased to hear that creating space for the offshore industry can soon be started.
The development of the Visserijkade will offer space to offshore companies that want to settle in Den Helder. In the near future the demands of the offshore industry for mooring space alongside the quay can be met once the quay will be realized.
