Norway: Bergen Group to Deliver Subsea Manifolds for Alvheim Field

Bergen Group Offshore has, through its subsidiary Bergen Group Rosenberg AS, been awarded an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contract by Subsea 7.

The EPC-contract includes delivery of a two slots subsea manifold located at the Alvheim field, operated by Marathon Oil Norge AS. The planning and engineering activities started up in 2011, and the project is due for completion in Q3 2012.

Bergen Group has a total of 1,600 employees and approximately 600 of these are associated with Bergen Group Rosenberg, a major contractor within the oil and gas market to the Norwegian continental shelf.
