Kleven Maritime, a technology-focused shipbuilding company whose primary activities include the fitting out and delivery of specialised vessels, announced on Saturday that the new dock arrived at Myklebust Verft.
With the new, larger dock, the yard can now offer docking facilities also for large offshore vessels like anchor handling vessels and seismic vessels.
Myklebust Verft is a combination shipyard that both builds newbuilds and carries out maintenance and repairs. The shipyard is located in Gursken in Sande municipality. The shipyard delivers complex offshore service vessels, coastguard vessels and large state-of-the-art fishing vessels.
