Worley Parsons Selects Supplier for Hebron Living Quarters

Worley Parsons has announced the intent to award the contract for supply of the Living Quarters for ExxonMobil`s Hebron Field offshore New Foundland, Canada, to the Apply Leirvik/ GJCahill Group Partnership.

The contract includes delivery of a 7 floor Living Quarters Module with an area of 5300 m2 and a capacity of 120 double cabins, administration centre, central control room and all other facilities required for operation of an offshore hotel.

Apply Leirvik and local partner GJ Cahill has established an exclusive Partnership .All work shall be performed in the St John`s project office and at New Foundland yards. Apply Leirvik`s prime responsibilities within the Partnership is project management, engineering, procurement and construction supervision.

15 to 20 senior personnel and specialists from Apply Leirvik and Apply Emtunga will work in the St. John’s project office.

The first group of personnel will mobilize end of June, starting the detailed planning of and preparation for the project. Engineering will start in July with construction starting up spring 2013 and delivery February 2015.
