Between January and May 2012, the cargo turnover of Ust-Luga Port amounted to 15,272,645.140 tons and exceeded that of the same period last year by factor of 2.2.
The car transshipment volume for the same period grew by 53% and reached 72,768 pieces.
In May 2012, the port transshipped 4,450,225.241 tons of various cargos and, therefore, doubled the figure for May 2011. The number of the cars transshipped in May 2012 grew by a factor of 2.1 and amounted to 16,819. [mappress]
