Recently Wan Hai Lines held christening ceremony for “WAN HAI 101″ and “WAN HAI 102″ at CSBC CORP., TAIWAN Keelung shipyard. Mr. Po Ting Chen, chairman of Wan Hai Lines presided over the ceremony.
There are total 14 vessels ordered by Wan Hai to CSBC Corp, which will be delivered in two years. “WAN HAI 101″ and “WAN HAI 102” are sister vessels with the same principal particulars as follows: maximum loading capacity is 1,040 TEU, length over all, 144.1 meters; draft, 8.2 meters; 11,500 dead weight and 18.8 nautical miles max cruising speed.
Both fully containerized vessels are equipped with the latest and most advanced naval technologies in order to guarantee quality services to both Wan Hai’s network and the customers.
