Hantong Group and a German design company recently has signed a contract in Hamburg for co-operating designing the offshore foundation transportation vessel (hereunder referred as OFTV), to secure the smooth delivery of Hantong manufactured offshore foundations in time.

The design would be optimized on the basis of original design and more importantly, the OFTV would install the LNG dual-fuel system. According to the preliminary design at this moment, the length o.a. could reach around 215M, the breadth moulded has been extended to 51M, and deadweight max. is abt. 40K dwt. The deck is designed for laying 18 Tripods foundations for every single sail.

This OFTV is estimated to be delivered in April, 2014, considering our present production plan. Hantong has already organized a design group to cooperate with the German side, in an effort to finish the design of this vessel as scheduled.
