Craig International Supplies (CIS), a division of global shipping and energy services firm Craig Group, has secured a multi-million pound contract with a major oil and gas operator.
The oilfield procurement services company has been awarded a three year contract with BG in the North Sea worth between £3m and £4m.
Under the contract, CIS will procure a wide range of oilfield consumables and tools and provide procurement services, ensuring necessary supplies are delivered on time and on budget to BG’s assets in the UKCS.
CIS director, Steve McHardy , said: “This new contract win cements our position as the largest privately owned European procurement company operating in the oil and gas industry. It is of particular significance as our growth strategy is focused on increasing our global presence and securing new business with high profile international oil and gas organisations.”
