Talisman Energy Norge AS has received consent to use Rowan Stavanger to drill three sidetrack wells on the Varg field.
The consent relates to drilling of three sidetracks in wells 15/12-A-3 B, 15/12-A-12 E and 15/12-A-1 B on the Varg field.
Water depth at the site is 87 metres and the planned duration of drilling is 62 days.
Rowan Stavanger is a class KFELS N jack-up facility, delivered in 2011 by Keppel FELS Shipyard in Singapore.
Rowan Stavanger is operated by Rowan Drilling Norway AS.
