Seamec Ltd – With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 02, 2012, regarding Deployment of Vessel SEAMEC III, the company has now informed BSE that the deployment of the aforesaid vessel in Offshore Arabian Gulf will continue till end of August 2012.

Further, the Company has inform that the Company has informed that it has entered into the Contract with Leighton Welspun Contractors Pvt. Ltd. for Charter Hire of the vessel along with diving for ONGC PRP Project III for Season 2012 – 2013 and Season 2013 – 2014. The job for each season is 180 days.

The first season job will commence around early October’ 2012.

The total value of the Contract is approximately USD 18 million.
